Loved the customer service! I tried to set up my availabilities by myself and just couldn't get it to work! Qualvin did a quick google meet call with me and now everything works perfect! I recommend this app to everyone!

Top notch service! This app has SO MANY possibilities and yet is simple to use. I did have a little trouble understanding the best route to take during setup because there are different ways to make it work - designed to encompass a large variety of businesses. When I have questions, the team is available to help, and the Priority Support with my Pro Plus account has been amazing! Qalvin even jumped on a google meeting call with me to share ways to group my products/variants/and availabilities to make the checkout process more streamlined for my clients. All of my minor issues have been addressed. The support is amazing. The App is amazing! I look forward to learning everything that I can accomplish with Easy Appt Booking.

One of the best booking tools out there. We've paid unspeakable amounts of money of fancy booking tools and they come with so many excuses and limitations. Been using Easy Appointment Booking for about 4 or so months now and I can't find anything to complain about.

Our shop has several needs for a booking system (bar reservations, single event, multi-session events) and I didn't want to have to implement different systems. Easy Appointment is extremely flexible and accommodating.

At first I was somewhat overwhelmed by all the options -- it wasn't immediately apparent how to connect and customize for what I needed -- but the onboarding session was the most helpful I've ever experienced. The specialist did nearly all the work for me, while sharing his screen and clearly explaining the steps he was taking.

In the end, I have a very elegant reservation system and the confidence to update it as needed. Incredible support.

Joy was a pleasure to work with! Helped me learn how to do multiple bookings within one so clients can book different time slots. Joy was very patient and verified everything for me. Wonderful to work with.

Great app that do exactly as described. Usefull for booking single lessons and courses (subscribtion). But more importantly, a very good and flexible customer care that solves all your potential problems.

Would have been great for our business but it only allows weekly team availability scheduling. Most beauty & hair clinics have monthly rotating rosters so that staff can have several weekend days off a month. Connecting it to google calendar would not have been productive or beneficial as the team grows. The monthly or bi-weekly repeating schedule needs to be an option in-app. Hopefully they can make this improvement soon.

The responsive customer service I have received with the EASY APPOINTMENT BOOKING APP - $15 Basic Plan has been great!

I'm just getting started with hosting workshops so I was excited to see they have a new monthly calendar view - too bad I didn't realize they were upselling when I was chatting with the bots. I am not ready to upgrade to the $25 plan yet.

It took a few conversations to set up initially but I was very pleased with how much I could do with this app as far as creating events in my Shopify store!

Easily the best booking app we've tried. We run a game store with VIP rooms that can be reserved, as well as run recurring events with limited tickets. This app allows us to handle both. It's fantastic.

I love this app! Super easy to connect with website. Customers find It easy to book. Always a breeze to make quick adjustments to schedule. And the team is beyond helpful!
