So far, easy appointment booking app is the only application I have found that allows me to book multiple services during the same time. I have tried to use many other platforms, but easy appointment booking was the only service that worked for my business. You contact their help center through email. They are very responsive and normally respond on the same day.

Easy Appointment Booking is honestly one of the best apps you can add to your site for your booking needs. If you're contemplating between this app or any of the others, stop your search! Of course, each app has its own limitations, but Easy Appointment Booking's features take the cake! I will also mention that they have an impressive UI that won't throw off the look of your website, and the app design itself is quite easy and impressive. In the last week or two, I've spoken with some of the most helpful support team members ever. Qalvin, Ray, and Joy have answered every single one of my tedious questions about how the app works, workarounds, issues, and even opportunities for improvement. These guys have taken the time to throw together a Knowledge base for customers using the app, so we have somewhere to go to to find examples and answers to questions. I haven't had a chance to use the team member app yet, but the fact that it is available is amazing! I had concerns with employees viewing financial information about my store, and a separate app that my employees can use completely solves that! I'm seriously impressed. There's an option to check in visitors and manage bookings on the go as well! Any issues I've had with the app have been addressed, provided a workaround for, or solved in about 48–72 hours, which is quite impressive. This app also works with POS systems, which is a major plus!!!
