Customer service was fantastic. I needed assistance and Qalvin hopped on a call with me immediately and helped me problem solve my issue. Hopefully I can continue to replicate his teachings today!

Not only is it perfect -- exactly what I was looking for, a way to book consultations right on my product page at checkout -- but also when I came up to an issue with installing multiple options and could not figure out how to correct it, the team was immediately responsive, kind, and fixed it perfectly. So far, this app has been far superior to others we have used in the past, with so many customisable options and configurations! It also has a number of integrations meaning it can be used in a way that best suits your team. The Servicify team are also incredibly friendly and quick to help with anything they can. We now use this app for both our Shopify stores and would highly recommend!

This app can be tricky to figure out, but the support is wonderful and very on top of it!

It is SO EASY to use!! If you need a way to get more bookings for your small business, this is the way to go!! If you have a moment of ignorance like I did, they are ready to help and save the day! 15 months using Easy Appointment booking and wouldn't THINK to use anything else!
