Easy Appointment Booking App

Great app, easy to use, very customizable. The customer service/technical team is the best part of the app by far. They respond within minutes are always able to help with any questions or difficulties. It really makes a big difference to know you have real and effective customer service team backing you when you need it.

I've been using EAB for over a year and it's very simple and easy to use for me and my clients. Their customer service is great too and always help with any questions I get!

This is my 2nd season of using this app and I love it! It looks great for the user, it's easy for me to set up and when there's been small struggles from my side, I get very quick responses from the team or easily find the answer as they have the most common problems and answer easily accessible. I don't use this app all year, so when I went to get it set up again it was an absolute breeze which saved me soooo much time. Thanks to Ray and the team, another super happy customer!

I use this app to accept bookings for classes we hold at our wellness studio. It provides flexibility for events that happen once a month or several times a day. I'm really happy with the fact that there's an option to customize confirmation, reminder and thank you e-mails. Most of all I appreciate the level of customer service. I'm really really happy I've chosen to work with this particular app for what we're doing because the design is great, it's easy enough to use and the price is really reasonable. I have tried other appointment apps and found them a challenge. So glad that I waited until Easy Appointment Booking was developed. I was able to set up two different products with differing appointment styles and it worked beautifully -- after a little assist from Customer Support/Raheem. Now that I have the hang of it, I can move along as new opportunities arrive. Assist from Customer Support was fantastic; helpful without being condescending. An update on the above comments -- have now been running for over a month. Customer support is fantastic. I had to block off a weekend (finally, time for myself) and it was very intuitive to show unavailability. Great App and Great Support.

We installed this app when Covid struck and we needed to create appointments for some of the activities that we conduct in our store. It has been very helpful and the people behind the scenes for Servicify have been great to work with to make improvements within the functionality of the software. We have now expanded how we use this and it is working very well.
