I did not enjoy figuring out this is an add on app. However it is working well and was easy to figure out.

The customer service is amazing and really helped the core component of my website. I highly recommend it to people requiring a scheduling feature!
Tech support is amazing. I had an issue with time zones, not only did they get back to me in less than 24 hours, they also FIXED the bug within a day. They are very receptive to feedback and more importantly very quick to act upon it.
The app itself is easy to use, and from the apps I tried in this category, handled workshops with multiple attendees the best.
