I've been using Easy Appointment Booking for a while now, and I have to say the customer support is outstanding. Every time I had a question or ran into an issue, the team was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure everything worked perfectly for my business. Their dedication to providing clear, step-by-step guidance really makes a difference. It's rare to find such attentive and knowledgeable support these days. Highly recommend!
I had to check daily for all of the people that weren't automatically being enrolled in a class. Classes were over sold because I had to manually add people into classes. I asked support for a fix and there isn't one. This app does not do what it is supposed to do.
Ray and the team have been so helpful in getting our events set up and customised. There are so many options available in this app, and along the way we've had a few questions, and they've been right on the ball to help us. We are very happy with this booking solution for our store.
