Brilliant App! Very intuitive to use but in places where I've had a question the support team have been right there - answering in minutes. I'm not very techie and have integrated this into my Jewellery Workshop Website and taken bookings right away. I downloaded two different Apps before this that I just couldn't get my head around so highly recommend

Customer service is a 5+ stars!!
Learning the app takes a bit because there is a lot of options which is great and customer service is able to help step you through the process.
over all 4 stars because this is a great app, but the price is too high, and you are limited to how many 'services' you can offer so you have to get creative with your listings and give customers multiple choice per listing.
We've had an excellent experience with Easy Appointment Booking. Ray has been outstanding throughout our time using the platform—always incredibly helpful, responsive, and consistently going above and beyond to ensure The Hot Box Sauna was well looked after. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in providing exceptional support.
We'd also like to give a special mention to Qalvin and Joy, who have both been fantastic. They were always quick to answer our questions, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with.
