Really great app to manage multiple bookings / calendars / events etc. I love that it syncs with my Google Calendar, I can set my working hours and it also sends my customers reminder emails.
The team at Easy Appointment Booking is absolutely fantastic. We needed an app to manage bookings for our baseball and softball training facility, which includes batting cages. Our requirements were quite specific, and we needed a solution that wouldn’t break the bank. After trying almost every app on the Shopify store, we found that Easy Appointment Booking not only met all our needs but also exceeded our expectations.
Their team was incredibly responsive, answering my numerous questions usually within a couple of hours, if not immediately. This level of support was provided even before I signed up for a paid subscription. They also offered an onboarding call to help us get started and scheduled a go-live meeting to ensure everything was in order before we launched our website.
The app itself is great and easy to use. I highly recommend the Easy Appointment Booking app. I don’t think there’s a better app or team on the market.
I would recomment this app to anyone that would benefit from appointment booking. We have never had an issue with the app and has always worked perfectly. The customer service is top notch as well.
