Customer service is a 5+ stars!!
Learning the app takes a bit because there is a lot of options which is great and customer service is able to help step you through the process.
over all 4 stars because this is a great app, but the price is too high, and you are limited to how many 'services' you can offer so you have to get creative with your listings and give customers multiple choice per listing.
We've had an excellent experience with Easy Appointment Booking. Ray has been outstanding throughout our time using the platform—always incredibly helpful, responsive, and consistently going above and beyond to ensure The Hot Box Sauna was well looked after. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in providing exceptional support.
We'd also like to give a special mention to Qalvin and Joy, who have both been fantastic. They were always quick to answer our questions, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with.
The level of customer service from the entire team has made a real difference to our experience. We highly recommend Easy Appointment Booking to any business looking for a booking solution backed by a team that truly supports its customers.
