I have been using this app within my Shopify store for over two years now and it has been a game changer for me in streamlining bookings for my clients! The team is super responsive and they are always open to hearing feedback for any suggestions on how to make the app even better for users like me who use it a bit differently then classic apt bookings! I have had such a positive experience and highly recommend!
Great company, twice now they have helped me solve minor issues, that were truly user error/ lack of understanding. They did this quickly, very professional and smooth. Very knowledgeable and understanding. I've been with them almost two years and will not switch.

I've had a great experience using the Easy appointment Booking App for booking appointments. The service was excellent, and when I encountered a small issue, the support team was incredibly helpful. They guided me through the solution with easy, step-by-step instructions and were so patient with me—even though I'm not the most tech-savvy person! The app itself is really user-friendly and simple to navigate. Highly recommend!
Top notch service! This app has SO MANY possibilities and yet is simple to use. I did have a little trouble understanding the best route to take during setup because there are different ways to make it work - designed to encompass a large variety of businesses. When I have questions, the team is available to help, and the Priority Support with my Pro Plus account has been amazing! Qalvin even jumped on a google meeting call with me to share ways to group my products/variants/and availabilities to make the checkout process more streamlined for my clients. All of my minor issues have been addressed. The support is amazing. The App is amazing! I look forward to learning everything that I can accomplish with Easy Appt Booking.
A quick update a few months later: Nothing but amazingness here! If I could give 10 stars, I would.
Loved the customer service! I tried to set up my availabilities by myself and just couldn't get it to work! Qualvin did a quick google meet call with me and now everything works perfect! I recommend this app to everyone!
