I would recomment this app to anyone that would benefit from appointment booking. We have never had an issue with the app and has always worked perfectly. The customer service is top notch as well.
This booking app has been a fantastic addition to our restaurant’s operations. It seamlessly turns our Shopify products into bookable events or services, which is perfect for managing reservations for special events like brunches, tasting menus, and private dining experiences. Setup was incredibly easy, with no technical skills required.
We love how it integrates with Google Calendar and Outlook, making it simple for staff to manage bookings. The ability to send email and SMS reminders ensures that our guests never miss a reservation. Plus, customers can easily modify their bookings if plans change, which has really helped reduce no-shows.
The flexibility to manage recurring events like wine tastings or special dinners, and even allow for subscriptions, has been a huge boost for us. I've been using Easy Appointment Booking for a while now, and I have to say the customer support is outstanding. Every time I had a question or ran into an issue, the team was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure everything worked perfectly for my business. Their dedication to providing clear, step-by-step guidance really makes a difference. It's rare to find such attentive and knowledgeable support these days. Highly recommend!
I had to check daily for all of the people that weren't automatically being enrolled in a class. Classes were over sold because I had to manually add people into classes. I asked support for a fix and there isn't one. This app does not do what it is supposed to do.
