This is the first booking app I have used so I don't have a lot to compare it to. But it's pretty user-friendly as far as creating bookings, rescheduling, etc. Also going back to look back at old bookings or accessing customer info. There have been issues for sure, but the customer service and support has been really good.
As a long time customer of ours, we appreciate the honesty and supportive nature of this review. We've made new improvements to POS and reporting since we last connected, we look forward to your continued use!
