Appointment Booking App ointo

I started with another app to create a booking calendar and STRUGGLED. I jumped over to Appointo and before I started I reached out to the help desk and asked how to begin. They gave me step by step (with photos) instructions to break down each of my different types of events and it was so easy to follow and plug in. Thank you!

A great app to use, and it was seamless to receive help. But this review is more about customer service. I am new to the app and the agent helping asked me if I am based in India or another country and proceeds to comment on my physical appearance. I find this extremely unprofessional and disappointing. When someone is using your app and seeking professional support, personal comments like these irrelevant and take away from an otherwise good experience. I hope this is addressed so future interactions remain respectful and focused on the actual support needed.

Appointo has been extremely helpful for setting up our vet appointment and online consultation system on Shopify. The interface is simple, flexible, and integrates smoothly with our store. I've subscribed to this app for over a year, I've had a few problems, however, whenever I reach out someone was always there to help. Honestly, it may take some time due to time difference, but they always respond and do their best. My most recent problem, I was was so frustrated with and Karan help me via a call. he took the time to trouble shoot my problem prior to the call, therefore, I didn't have to even explain once he called, he saw exactly what was wrong and fixed it right away, less than fives minutes the call was over and my problem was solved
