I had an issue with the integration of my appointments after I updated my store's Theme. Madhav patiently showed me how I can restore the integration, which was a simple fix! Not only that, he took it upon himself to change the appointment color to match my store's color! How sweet was that?!

I love this app! It's simple to use, so I wanted to see how this problem could be resolved before I started over with another app.

The customer service team from Appointo is amazing! We were having some difficulty updating our Time Zone and they hopped on a call with us to walk us through how to correct the issue. It can be kind of clunky to use, but if you have an issue or questions regarding a function, you need to reach out to the help desk, and they will get back to you quickly and get you up and running.
