it's great! I use it for grooming appointments and so far it's working perfectly! Definitely recommend it.

Fantastic customer support - extremely fast at replying and very informative in their responses and always very friendly.

A large requirement for us was having an appointment booking system which allowed 2 way sync with our Google calendar and Appointo's Pro plan does exactly this - no additional apps or APIs required.

I'm using this app to book paint parties, so far so good. I had a small issue with manual booking but was resolved in a timely manner.

Piyanshu was very informative and patient. He knew all the answers to each question. He took his time until i figured the problem out and i really appreciate his knowledge and expertise. Give him 5 stars ! great customer service. set up was easy and quick.

We needed an appointment booking app that allows our clients to book an appointment slot in our shop for fittings. We love the variables of this app for the following reasons:
- offer free appointment bookings to our clients that in our case are not linked to a paid service like classes, workshops, consultancy, etc. You can of course also offer paid service bookings with this app.
- clients can easily change or cancel the appointment
- clients receive an automatic reminder (e-mail, phone)
- linked to POS
- ability to change the number of appointments that can be made within the same time slot (for us important depending on how many persons are available in the shop)

BEST FEATURE = is the incredibly quick service & support that this app provided. I tried the app last night but couldn't install it properly and didn't understand its capacity and/or limitations and whether it would work for us. After looking at many different similar apps, I decided to book an appointment with Appointo and was able to book an appointment the following morning. I had amazing support in installing the app. It was particularly helpful because once they know what you need they make the entire process so much easier. The app itself is very easy to use and manage especially once it has been installed.

The installation was done within 30 mins and was also helpful in understanding all features in one go.

Appointo is absolutely wonderful!! Karan helped me through all of the steps to get the app working and was really patient with all my questions. Five out of five stars!! Thank you so much!

The support is amazing. Priyanshu and Karan were very helpful in solving for my use cases. Priyanshu was able to solve my problem of multi-session booking using Subscriptions. If you have the same problem, try subscriptions!

Please note that there are some limitations of capability of Appointo. On my use case, all the services are tied to one another even if they are different services. Service 1 slots will be deducted from Service 2 when what I wanted is only Service 1 and Service 3 syncs with one another.

Alas, support is there to brainstorm with you on the possible solutions you can do to work around it. Very grateful for the hand-holding. We spent a total of 1.5 hours on the call for me to accomplish my use case.

Appointo is an excellent app for appointment booking. It has a lot of customisability. It took me a long time to understand how to work it and make the most of it, but now that I am used to it I keep finding new features. It does have a few paywalls for things like group booking and widgets, but if you can pay for the premium tier, most of your needs will be met. I have to say though, the biggest pro about the app is the team behind it, because they are so quick to respond and help with technical issues. They even add features upon request. They have done this for me multiple times, often same day. I definitely recommend it!
