Appointment Booking Appointo

OMG! I think that I have found the one! I have been through a few different booking apps and haven't been satisfied. I came across this app on another site and clicked the link and I am glad I did! I has the features that I have been looking for and more. When I had issues at 1am EST someone was there to help me on the chat. Then when I had another issue Tarang promptly jumped on a video call to help all me through the problem. I am still setting up the system but so far so good!

Great product that integrates very well with Shopify. Very clear instructions provided by Appointo to set it up and easy to reach out for additional support. The good thing with Appointo is that you don't necessarily have to link it to a product and/or purchase if you don't want to. Other Apps in the store do require that. Would recommend using this App for anyone who wants to provide the ability to schedule appointments with potential customers, or existing customers.

Karan was awesome support as I had no idea how to navigate through my Appointo. He made it easy and understandable and added support that allowed me to feel confident launching my service and receiving easy-to-schedule bookings from my customers. I will refer this app to my other business associates.

I have tested numerous App's and all have flaws. This App is easy to set up, and it's proving to be very reliable-without bug's (which is my highest priority). I'm replacing calendly with this also. If it had Zapier/Zendesk integration, it would be next level! The support team were super quick to respond and were extremely helpful. If you're looking for a good calendar app, don't waste your time testing the others, I'd say.

This is a very well designed app. Easy to use interface, clear and concise support when needed. Love this scheduling app!

We were looking for an app to make workshop appointments bookable for our bike workshop. The app meets our requirements exactly, is modern and performant. The service is excellent. I had a few questions at the start, which were answered directly in a personal call. I can say that the developers of this app have definitely thought and thought along.

Wished that the custom form fields had more validation / integration with them. EG entering in a phone number, mailing address (would be nice to integration w google maps), email address (validate its a valid email address) etc.
