Have been using this for over 1 year, Had a small problem and these guys fixed it very quickly. Fast service. Its easy to use and integrated well with our shopify appointments.

My review is 5 star due to amazing fast and helpful customer service and the great features and pricing compared to their competitors. Today I worked with Bhagya and I have also worked with others on their support team over the past week or so. I am new to shopify and appointo and they are very kind and helpful. I will continue to leave my review 5 star if all goes smooth and well once customers start using my services via the appointo app. I do recommend to others!

The app works good for my jetski rental business. I have also ran into a couple things i couldnt figure out and the gentleman Karan is always there to help me swiftly! Its amazing how well he knows the app and shopify itself. No matter the time of day Karan always gets things figured out fast and efficiently.

One of the best appointment booking apps out there. I have done extensive research comparing different apps for my salon. Appointo stood out the most in all aspects. It is also one of the best support teams out there with immediate responses always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is working optimally for your business to run smoothly.
It's a must have app if you need to make bookings in your business.

We wanted to offer booked experiences alongside our retail products and Appointo app has a lot of great options that allow us to tailor this new kind of online product to meet our needs. Their support team (Karan) has been an amazing help along the way!

I chose this app mainly for my consultation bookings to integrate with Google calendar and meets and to have ability to see the timing according to worldwide timezones. I love that they have this.I tried 4 apps and this worked best for what i want and the price is reasonable for the Pro. I have had some issues with the app during the trial stages of integrating it but i appreciate the team is very responsive and helpful especially Karan and Mukul. They helped fixed things quickly and Karan has been very helpful guiding me when i wasnt sure on how to do something. I do suggest doing some testing out before a full launch of the website to avoid issues and it works better if you already do up variants if any first. The whole team was helpful and offered quick service recovery which i am pleased with and recommend. Small suggestion to team if the color of the timezone in booking words could be in RED color instead of light blue so clients can notice quickly if its right time zone, especially if they are not taking the call from where they are booking or its not correctly detected with VPN. App works very well. Support is pretty good. They answer very quickly and have been able to help with all of my issues so far. The one thing I can say could be an improvement is if the app itself does not rely on the booking service being a product page. It's confused some of my customers in the past. I wish it was just a regular website page.
