Been using for the past 5 months with no issue, helps me organize work efficiently, cs is as good. Fast response and troubleshoot

Appointo is AMAZING! I couldn't recommend more. The actual app is seamless and user friendly with awesome integrations. It's perfect for business that need to schedule in their customers. We have used it for a barber shop and it's great. What I found so wonderful is their customer service - 10/10 ! They are so quick to help and sort out issues and the best service I have recieved from on app on Shopify!

I started with another app to create a booking calendar and STRUGGLED. I jumped over to Appointo and before I started I reached out to the help desk and asked how to begin. They gave me step by step (with photos) instructions to break down each of my different types of events and it was so easy to follow and plug in. Thank you!

I am currently using the free plan.

There are very few booking management apps that support Japanese, so I truly appreciate that this app is available in Japanese and is very easy to use.

Whenever I had questions or needed help with the settings, the chat support was very quick to respond and handled everything with great care and professionalism.

Even on the free plan, the app is very useful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a booking management app that supports Japanese.
