This app is everything I wished for and the team and customer service is the best I have experienced so far! They are very responsive and they go beyond customer expectations. I am so happy to have found them! Highly recommend this app and their team behind it.

I had an issue that I couldn't get to, for two weeks, but once I finally had some time to sit down with Appointo, the team was able to pin-point where the issue was in the set-up times and fix it. Because I was unable to use the app for those two weeks, they approved my request to prorate the weeks I wasn't able to use their service.
Very helpful and respectful to small business' frustration and lack of time.

I have been using Appointo for several months now. It is a very capable app, but more important then the useful features (which are many) is the support they offer. I have had a few questions during set up and after some time tweaking things, and the folks are VERY accommodating and efficient to resolve the my concerns. I recently worked with Shubhankar and he is simply awesome. I highly recommend Appointo, you won't be disappointed!

The support we receive from the staff is above and beyond our expectations. We have run into many unexpected issues with the app but the staff are quick to respond and have helped us solve every issue we have encountered. We have talked with them many times sometimes about multiple issues in a single day but the staff are never perturbed and are always helpful.

We plan on using their apps indefinitely. They have a great team!

I think the app is good but customer service is even better, and because of Karan's expertise, patience, and willingness to navigate me through this process I went ahead and paid for the services (when I already had an appointment app in place).

Priyanshu was extremely helpful and very timely with the help we needed. We have not had the app very long and have already found it very user friendly.

The app is a little bit complicated but they make up for that with their customer support. They answer and fix any complications right away. For a free app, it's great! Would love to have an option to show a full calendar of all my appointments using this app also because I need to use a different app for that. Otherwise it has been great for booking classes with different times on my website.
