Searched 2 days for an app like this. Great app, enough possibilities and a fantastic customer support. Products has to be added one-by-one atm so for a large collection it is some work but worth it.
Excellent functionalities and customer service. I use it for online psychotherapy sessions.
Great support in getting this app set up! When I click on chat it is a real person helping me and I am always asked if I want to jump on a call to talk in person.

Have developed a need to setup appointments for new services I offer. I tried a half dozen solutions and settled here. Very full featured, easy install on web site, especially with it being applicable to 2.0 Themes. Having the Custom Questions with the ability to add prices was a real help.
The application works well with most of the common settings easy to understand. Like many of these apps, especially the 'Available Time' setup is a little tedious but with help I now understand how to use the options to get what I want. The ability of this app to solve your appointment desires is very extensive and should work for many complicated appointment scenarios.
When I was looking at various options and how they work, I was amazed at how well and fast their chat function works for questions. I am CDT during normal business hours and generally I get an answer in under ten minutes. The answers are on point, generally with examples of where to look and how to use it.
There is a downside when working with their tech staff. I suspect they are eastern Indians and when on the phone with them their accents are sometimes hard to understand. For their videos, I slow down the play to let me hear their voices more clearly. In technical knowledge of their app and general web site wizardry, they are very good! Their chat and writing are very clear!
