Appointment Booking App ointo

I've launched workshops for my business, and this app is working great for getting bookings. I had something I wanted updated (from the default), and they made the update on the backend the same day I requested it. The only thing I wish could change is that if you enable people to join a waitlist, your customers get charged right away - evidently this is because of something on the Shopify checkout process, so can't be changed (at least not with my lack of IT skills). Overall though, it's pretty easy to use once you get through your first one and figure it all out.

Appointo is new to me, and I found it intuitive and quick to setup. Where I had some issues with slight variances in my system setup, Karan hopped on a call and fixed all my queries in a live call. So far I am very happy I changed over to Appointo, and look forward to using their service!

Amazing customer support from Karan and the App saved me a ton of time with my short term rentals. Highly recommend - start with the free version as you get a lot from it. I eventually upgraded to $15 a month which is still cheaper than most non shopify apps.

To be honest, you don’t have all the opportunities to change some things. But you will simply be shocked how responsive the support is and how quickly they do everything; in fact, this plugin is worth it at least because of the people on that side
