I used appointo during my shopify evaluation phase. I am very happy with this app. the support is tremendous! quick and very helpful. I decided to not use shopify, but this is not related to this app.

If you are looking for a booking app, this is the best app you will find. Plus their customer service is THE BEST. They are fast, kind and willing to help out. Highly recommend this app without any doubt!

I am new to this app. But I do like their features so far and the Live Chat is responsive to my questions regarding the app and their charges. I will try the app for a while and see how it goes before I give another review again.
