We’ve been happily using Appointo for a few years now. While there are a few unique quirks to learn, the customer service is wonderfully responsive and has always been able to find a perfect solution for us.

We have used Appointo for several different use cases across our business, and it has been a great tool for supporting our needs while helping drive traffic and revenue into our stores. Appointo is AMAZING! I couldn't recommend more. The actual app is seamless and user friendly with awesome integrations. It's perfect for business that need to schedule in their customers. We have used it for a barber shop and it's great. What I found so wonderful is their customer service - 10/10 ! They are so quick to help and sort out issues and the best service I have recieved from on app on Shopify!

I started with another app to create a booking calendar and STRUGGLED. I jumped over to Appointo and before I started I reached out to the help desk and asked how to begin. They gave me step by step (with photos) instructions to break down each of my different types of events and it was so easy to follow and plug in. Thank you!
