The Appointo app is okay. I'm finding a lot of limitations and seem to always have to upgrade.
My chat help has been fantastic though. Everytime I contact them they are quick to answer and solve my issues. They are always pleasant. I just had a great conversation with Karan. He was very helpful.
It´s good, however has some issues with calendar integrations. For example some slots appear as busy when they are not, if you have an event or task and have it as Available, the app understands it as busy as well so you have to be careful. The prices are a bit high as well or that´s how I personally feel it, there are big jumps from one to another just for couple elements to add. The costumer ...
It’s ok for what you pay. I would like the app to be more ug friendly. A bit complicated with some settings and I have been on touch with support several times.
Support was helpful but response was a bit slow. I hope for some better help-videos and faster chat service.

Great support. Great service. However, the app claims to be suitable for Shopify POS and this is not the case for physical stores or omni channel use. For example, they have a POS grid tile to create a booking on-site. Now imagine a customer is in front of a team member needing to book a follow-up appointment.
