Truly amazing customer service. Prompt responses as always from simple to complicated questions. You can tell that they value their product and customers. If you are looking for an all encompassing easy booking system you have come to the right place. As an absolute computer geek I was able to implement most of it myself and if I didn't succeed I could put in an online call just a 30 min later. They took over my screen and at 5 min everything was fine. My booking app turned out to be too small and the person from App ointo immediately suggested himself to adjust this incl my branding colors. So they really think along and adjust where needed. There are also a lot of features in it like workflows, notifications,change language,.... In short, a booking system that includes everything with top service and for free!

I've been using this app for over two years and have seen the updates that they have implemented, they are constantly improving. I'm extremely happy with their response time. I always have many questions because of the type of service we offer and the customer service really cannot be beat. As a small business myself, I love knowing that there is a small team of people who care on the other end. If you are looking for a simple booking system, who provides amazing customer service, then this is the app you need.

The app is really straightforward to use and the support I received is excellent. I was having problems with some of the functionalities and the customer service jumped on a call with me within the hour. He walked me through all the steps to setup my shop the way I wanted and explained it to me really well. Would highly recommend this app for anyone selling classes and subscriptions!
