Appointment Booking Appointo

We've been with Shopify for a while now, and I have to say - we've had our share of run-ins with bad support from apps on various occasions.

I'm happy to say that Appointo is NOT one of those instances. They have been incredibly responsive and supportive over the past week as I work to figure out our process for our new event and how I want Appointo to perform. Priyanshu has been very patient with me as I ask a ton of questions and seek clarification.

In order to ensure success, Priyanshu not only hopped onto one, but two, Google Meets with me so that we could go through my settings individually to make sure everything was set the way we needed it to be so that our site performed properly.

I really could not have asked for better support, which I appreciate. And, they're available 24/6 (off on Sundays), which I really appreciate. Whether through chat in their app dashboard or via email, they've been great. Highly recommend.

Appointo is a great booking app ! There are many features that allow us to personalize the calendar according to our business' needs and it's very easy to use. Customer Support answered very quickly and helped me a lot via google meet. Highly recommend this app !

Tarang was the best and really showed the true meaning of great customer service. I love this app and what it will do for my store. I needed an app to simplify my booking and this did exactly that!! thank you!

Turang and Mukul were absolutely phenomenal! They went above and beyond to assist in setup and application of their Appointo app - they assisted with some problem solving of unique challenges my business faces when taking online bookings (as an escape room business) I cannot praise them or their app enough!

Awesome app to have! Excellent customer service. I enjoy Jasper help. He's always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that your problem is resolved and with that, I truly appreciate their kind customer service. Use it and you wouldn't regret.

This scheduling app is great - you can schedule multiple services at the same time - the customization is fabulous. And their support team is super responsive. High recommend!

Ich habe Appointo auf meiner Website eingebunden, damit unsere SUP-Kurse gebucht werden können. Ich finde die Integration wirklich sehr gut, die Einrichtung ist einfach, nahezu selbst erklärend und wenn man mal nicht weiter kommt, hilft einem der Support unglaublich schnell und kompetent.

Their Customer Service team were outstanding. they helped to set up everything immediately. The app was easy to install and easy to use.
