Appointment Booking Appointo

Just ran into a problem and the support changed it in few minutes. Can't wait to try and book my new appointments and give an update about it! So far so good! <3

Customer service is great! My website is in it's infancy but from what I've seen so far, Appointo is an amazing booking service and any hiccups new users might have are helped by instant chat help. I upgraded my plan before i needed to just to make sure I was paying for all the help they gave me :)

Excellent product. I like the flow of the back end GUI, it is easy to learn.
I also like how easy it was to set up and integrate with my store.

I am using the app to setup rental equipment. So far they have been very responsive and I am looking forward to using it more.

Karan was super helpful setting up my Booking Calendar! He even customized my Calendar to suite my site look and feel, and since I'm not using a standard Shopify Theme, he navigated me through the workings of mine to get everything set up!!

We are using the app for the appointments of our test center. We exprerienced some issues at the beginning due to the high demand, but those were resolved almost instantly. Great customer service! Also the newly added features work great.

This is a comprehensive booking app. I reviewed about 6 other apps and just kept coming back to this one. Not only does it do everything we needed it to do, but the backend tech support is responsive, and they go above and beyond to custom a beautiful product.
