Sovellus toimii ihan hyvin tarkoituksessaan (meillä pro versio käytössä), vielä on kehitettävää, mutta asiakaspalvelu ottaa hyvin kehitysideoita vastaan ja ylipäänsä asiakaspalvelu toimii hyvin ja vastaa nopeasti. Siitä ehdottomasti plussaa! :)
Appointo is AMAZING! I couldn't recommend more. The actual app is seamless and user friendly with awesome integrations. It's perfect for business that need to schedule in their customers. We have used it for a barber shop and it's great. What I found so wonderful is their customer service - 10/10 ! They are so quick to help and sort out issues and the best service I have recieved from on app on Shopify!
I started with another app to create a booking calendar and STRUGGLED. I jumped over to Appointo and before I started I reached out to the help desk and asked how to begin. They gave me step by step (with photos) instructions to break down each of my different types of events and it was so easy to follow and plug in. Thank you!
