SureCust Forms Builder, Locks

We are using this app for custom forms with individual fields on our Shopify store and it works exactly as we need it to. The form setup is flexible, easy to use and integrates well into our website.

We recently had a few questions regarding email notifications and small adjustments, and the support was incredibly friendly, fast and helpful. They took the time to understand our use case and offered clear solutions right away.

Amazing app. Was very easy to set-up a custom dealer registration form. Unfortunately, our theme was quite old and we couldn't effortlessly add the form to our registration page but after contacting the devs they added custom code that made sure it works. Amazing customer service thanks!

Recently installed the forms app, and when I needed help Akash was able to help me promptly by organising a Google Meet. Was very helpful in solving a lot of my queries and was able to make changes straight away. Highly recommend Akash and this app.

I've been using the SureCust App and have to say it's absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful for managing my daily tasks. The interface is user-friendly, and it makes handling forms and data so much easier. However, I recently ran into a frustrating issue where none of the forms were displaying properly on my device. I quickly reached out for support, and the team (or the representative—I think it was a "he" based on our chat) was extremely responsive and helpful. That said, I was a bit surprised and disappointed to be charged $50 for the assistance. Overall, the app is still a solid choice for anyone needing reliable tools, but potential users should be aware of possible fees for support. I'd rate it 4 out of 5 stars—amazing app with minor caveats.
