I've been using the SureCust App and have to say it's absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful for managing my daily tasks. The interface is user-friendly, and it makes handling forms and data so much easier. However, I recently ran into a frustrating issue where none of the forms were displaying properly on my device. I quickly reached out for support, and the team (or the representative—I think it was a "he" based on our chat) was extremely responsive and helpful. That said, I was a bit surprised and disappointed to be charged $50 for the assistance. Overall, the app is still a solid choice for anyone needing reliable tools, but potential users should be aware of possible fees for support. I'd rate it 4 out of 5 stars—amazing app with minor caveats.

This addon has been fantastic for my store. I needed email verification and customer metafields and both worked perfectly right out of the box. Setting it up was simple and everything runs smoothly.
