The case of the support I have to say that it is very fast by whatsapp and I have not had to do nothing to solve me an incident in which customers were not registered in the alpicacion. It was ready in less than an hour.

We needed the person approving/disapproving accounts to be able to do it from the email without logging in. Initially, the buttons on the email weren't showing as hyperlinked at all, but we sent in a message and the team resolved this in a timely manner.
