It’s a good app but I am really struggling to get in contact with someone for my return seems as if they are not open on refunds which is really effecting my business

Over the weekend, there was further correspondence with our suppliers' team, and we are currently awaiting your response to proceed with your return request. Our team can not proceed further without your response.

I like the functionality of the app, but some of the practices seems unethical. I am unsure if it is the app or suppliers. It takes a great deal of work to put into building websites and plugging these apps in. It is sad to think that you have to beware of these companies that are working with you, while trying to establish something that benefits all involved. Another concern is that many items are very pricey. I think it's a good balance though, because some prices are much lower than the competition.
I will see how it goes.

** update 2, I did receive a refund after threats were exchanged. From the little I got a chance to test the app works as it should (but I've never made a product from it live on my site or sold anything from it for transparency.
*update 1: after being charged for the first month when I knew I'd cancelled on the 7th day of my trial I asked for a refund and got sent a screenshot showing that I canceled the app 7 days after installing but at 8.12am, "but you installed it at 7.54am".
It doesn't matter apparently that Shopify just tells you the DATE your trial expires on, or that we are all in different time zones in e-commerce. I "used" their app for 18min over the 168hr trial period so too bad. Just a warning to make sure you cancel on day 6 if you are going to.
