Been using this for a few weeks now and it’s been pretty smooth. The product sourcing is solid and I like that most suppliers are local, so shipping is faster. The AI tools help speed things up, especially for listings. Not perfect, but definitely worth it if you want to save time and keep things organized.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I’ve had using AppScenic. I am currently on the Elite subscription and paying $99 per month, yet the platform does not seem to properly support engraving or personalized products.

I tried multiple solutions, including a paid customization app and Shopify custom fields. Everything displays correctly on the Shopify order page, including the customer’s name and phone number for engraving. However, when the order appears in the AppScenic dashboard, the engraving details are completely missing. This makes it impossible to process personalized orders properly.

Because of this issue, I have already lost nearly two full days trying to troubleshoot something that should work seamlessly. Instead of focusing on launching my Meta ads and growing my store, I’ve been stuck dealing with a technical problem.

Customer support has also been disappointing. Responses take 3–4 hours, and the support chat shuts down completely after 10 PM, which makes it very difficult to resolve urgent issues.

For a platform charging $99 per month for the Elite plan, I expected much better integration with Shopify and far more responsive customer support. At the moment, the experience has been frustrating and has delayed my business progress.

I tried every known platform for months and i can finally say that this one is the best by far in my eyes. Easy to use, great functions, and so far no issues with any suppliers. I can highly recommend Appscenic.

The app is good and easy to use. It works with Shopify platform. There are some things that may be can be better. There are providers with good products, but with big shipping costs for EU. It’s good to be less for all EU. As well some providers don’t provide exchanges or return when the size doesn’t fit! And arrangement time for return 7days, which can be more. But in general i like the app and i think that all that can be arranged in the future. Good app!

I love AppScenics platform, adding products to my store was a breeze. My only thing is finding unique products tends to be tough. Maybe adding sections that spotlight unique products in the future would be helpful

This has been a very good drop shipping experience. Very easy to use and sync with my Shopify store. When I do have questions there is a helpful human to respond with a clear answer. Nice selection of distributors, many with free shipping

Have really been enjoying this app. It is easy to use and I can effortlessly add products to my site. I appreciate that everything syncs and I don't have to use a different app for that. The selection has been everything I had hoped for.

Brilliant app,easy to set up and navigate ans select how you want to search products. The support are really helpful and are always wiling to help. I highly recommend this app.
