Great functionality and very easy to use. Adding new products is simple and straightforward, making it easy to keep everything up to date. What really stood out was the customer support. When I ran into an issue, I was able to connect with someone directly through the chat feature, and they quickly resolved everything I needed. No matter how "simple" an app is, there are always questions...at least - I always seem to have questions. I'm having a fast learning curve with Appstle's Subscribe & Save due to a time crunch, and their support has been amazing. I mean from answering basic questions, to saving me time by fixing an issue, to explaining why things are way things are, to offering suggestions when hitting a roadblock that has nothingto do with their app. We made a good choice. It has been smooth until one day the App didn't work when I have a lot of products added to an order. I let the customer go with the products, and agreed to send invoice once the volume discount issue is sort. I spent a lot of time in troubleshooting and contacted the team immediately. The team is usually helpful and fast in problem solving but this time the silent is worrying. As our online store is opening 24/7, timing is crucial and unfortunately we have to look elsewhere for the solution.

Having bundle and volume pricing is one of our goals to move to Shopify. Appstle was highly recommended by our Shopify development company. After a series of comparisons and we have decided to go with this app.

We didn't involved in the setup but it seems feasible to do for the non-technical person. During the setup we were told that the volume function only worked by clicking the pre-defined volume boxes, and it doesn't incorporated with the desired quantity inserted. Thanks to their responsive team, it got resolved quickly.

So far, no hiccups for the website launching. We are very pleased with the analytic insights of the bundle/volume conversions. The customer service responsiveness is unbeatable.

Appstle has been a great addition to our subscription program. Setup was simple, the platform is easy to use, and managing subscriptions has been seamless. Their support team is also quick to respond and always helpful. Highly recommended for any Shopify brand looking to grow recurring revenue.

I’ve worked with a lot of Shopify apps over the years, and Appstle Bundles has honestly been one of the best support experiences I’ve had. We’re currently building a very customized “Build Your Own Box” experience for a major campaign for our brand, and Stefan went above and beyond to help bring the vision to life. He was patient, responsive, and willing to make every adjustment I requested until the page looked and functioned exactly the way we needed it to.

The team helped me implement the exact bundle and subscription features I was looking for! The design is highly customizable, and as someone new to Shopify, I found it incredibly helpful that their engineers stepped in to handle the technical setup directly.

What I appreciated most was that they provided screen recordings of the process, so my team can easily refer back to them whenever we need to make adjustments. Even though we are based in Korea and were worried about the time difference, they responded within 3 minutes every time. I am beyond satisfied with their lightning-fast support. I’m definitely planning to upgrade to a paid plan once my trial ends :)

We started using this app a few months ago and it has been a game-changer for our store. The bundling features work flawlessly, but what really stands out is their customer service. Anytime we need help setting something up, their support team is incredibly fast, friendly, and resolves things instantly.

The Appstle Bundle App has strong potential, but one key limitation right now is the lack of control over where bundles appear. If you create multiple dynamic bundles, they all show on the same product page, which isn’t ideal and can impact the overall user experience.

That said, I’m still giving this 5 stars because the support team really stepped up. They provided a CSS workaround to hide specific bundles and were quick, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping resolve the issue.

Importantly, they acknowledged this as a real limitation and confirmed they’re actively working on a proper fix to allow full control over bundle placement without relying on custom code.

So while there’s definitely room for improvement on the product side, the level of support and responsiveness makes a big difference.

I contacted Yatz for help with an issue i believed to be related to the Appstle app. After checking the app settings for me Yatz informed me that the Appstle app was not the cause of the problem. I feared that i would not get this issue resolved anytime soon following this but Yatz did not leave it there. Yatz proceeded to investigate the cause of the issue on my store and after some time managed to resolve the issue for me even though the fault was not the Appstle app! The service i recieved was incredible and as a result I am now able to proceed with going live with my store. I cannot thank Yatz enough.
