The app works brilliantly. It offers highly advanced options for setting up complex bundles and promotions – it's incredibly feature-rich, probably more than any other app out there. Probably the best bundle app in the market.
Not only it does everything we need (quantity, Buy X, Get Y, ...).
But most importantly (and that was a key decision for me) the support is amazing and super fast.
If you need help, you have the chat widget. I thought it was again "hey, we have your ticket and we get back to you when we have time". But actually 1 or 2 minutes later I always have a real human chatting with me and helping me solving my issue. They can go up to "relax, we'll do that for you".

So big thumbs up!!!
