Appstle℠ Bundles App & Upsells

I beg of you, PLEASE do not get this app. I normally don't ever write any negative reviews ever, but this app was such a nightmare that I feel obligated to protect others. Not only does the bundle mess up quite often, once you realize you've had enough of the app and try to delete it, it haunts your store until you fully go into the code, to make sure it is removed. Yes you heard that right, they don't automatically remove the block, instead they hide it, so that it continues to haunt your store. I can't imagine how many sales I've missed out on because I didn't remove this app sooner. It's unfortunate because at first I thought this app had tons of potential and yet this is how it is, very shady people keeping their app running in the background

Customer service doesn't understand any concern I try to address with them related to the status of my individual products and how to best utilize their app to prevent customers adding them to their carts. Even with screenshots and detailed explanations, they are no help. I've wasted too much time with their support only to have them request a zoom that I also cannot understand what is being conveyed due to language barrier.

Not user-friendly at all, quite complicated, and bundles are very limited to certain page types. For example, I can't create a really good front-end offer for my landing page because the bundles are limited to product pages. And why would I send new customers, cold Ad traffic to a product page?

Terrible Technical Support for This App: Save Your Time and Sanity!

Wow, where do I even begin? I was drawn to Appstle℠ Bundles & Discounts by its glowing promises of seamless installation and effortless discount bundling. What I got instead was a front-row seat to a never-ending waiting game to get service

According to customer support, installation would only take "just 15 minutes!" Five days later, I’m still sitting here, watching paint dry, waiting for the software engineering to fix something. Every attempt to install it myself resulted in cryptic error messages. So, when reaching out to support, I got only a series of friendly-yet-useless responses ("everybody on vacation, sick, or on a holiday") This can be  summarized as: "We're on it!" (Spoiler Alert: They were not!)

Meanwhile, the Appstle App still refuses to function, and my business remains discount-free.

If you enjoy frustration, broken promises, and endless escuses from tech support, this is the app for you! Otherwise, do yourself a favor and run in the opposite direction—preferably towards an app that is actually quality and, you know.... works! 

The service isn’t working properly, and my experience with customer support has been quite disappointing. When I reached out for help, the only response I received was a request for access to my online store. Even after granting access, no real action was taken to identify or solve the issue. Instead, support kept repeating that the process was “taking longer than expected” and that they would keep me updated.

Unfortunately, I ended up waiting over three hours without any meaningful update or progress. For a service that many businesses rely on, this level of support is far from ideal.

Incredibly poor experience. 0/10 would not recommend. The app didn't work, I reached out to support for "help" and after literally an hour, the Stefan had the nerve to tell me it was "done" and whatever code he added messed up my entire product page - changed the font, added a bunch of empty custom html boxes and the app embed itself wasn't seamless. A complete waste of 60 minutes over a fairly simple app concept.
