The app is very comprehensive but challenging to embark on. Adrian took over the previous agent as I've been on the site for almost 12 hours. He managed to fix all my problems at one go and I am very appreciative of it. Otherwise, flexibility of the app is pretty solid, offers the solution i needed.
This app is wonderful. It has so many features that I can use to do my very unique subscription service. The chat representatives are very responsive, very informative, very kind and will even make you a video if needed to show you how something works!
