Amazing customer service. There are a few features that could make it even better and more competitive with recharge but they are constantly integrating new features and are always very responsive which is one of the most important thing in my opinion. We have used Appstle Memberships app and Bundles app in our business for about 1 year now and they are an integral part of our business and service to our clients and members.
The re-curing payments work seamlessly we have never had an issue and it is easy to control from our admin side any changes that we want to make.
They seem to be always improving the functionality of the app and there's always new nice little surprise enhancements that continue to make everything work seamlessly.

Simple and effective. I don't know why Shopify doesn't have these features built in like Big Commerce, but we are happy to use Appstle's bundles & discounts app to accomplish our bulk discount feature. The only feature we wish it had is a mix and match bundling option for more flexibility.
