I’ve had a really positive experience with both Taylor and the app. Taylor has been incredibly helpful throughout the process, he is quick to respond, reliable with his guidance, and always takes prompt action whenever something needs to be addressed. Working well so far. We migrated from a POS that had it's own reward program and we needed to attempt to recreate it. We've been able to bring over all of the points and the sytem has generated rewards coupons as expected. No problems redeeming the rewards.

I reached out to support for help with synching all of our customer's store credit data and they responded and had a full customer synch triggered within a couple of minutes.

I've been using Appstle's Membership app for a while and I knew when it came to creating a loyalty program that I should stick with Appstle and give this a go. I got a 2 week trial which allowed me to play around with the features and spent many hours with the Appstle team getting them to check things worked and editing CSS code to ensure everything looked fab ready for launch. Very pleased with the service!

I rarely rate apps but the customer service team is SO good I actually asked them if I could leave a ranking. The customer service is prompt, patient and very thorough. Every experience I've had has been consistent across the team. And - usually the app already does what I ask questions about which points to their patience - they're willing to give videos to break it down for me even more. Highly recommend - I'm so glad I tried this app first!

Everything with Appstle Loyalty Program Rewards has been great. The app has a ton of features and gives us everything we need to run a loyalty program that keeps customers engaged and coming back.

The only downside is that the setup can be a little confusing at first. Some settings are managed in different places, so it can take a bit of time to figure out where everything lives. That said, it's a small issue compared to everything the app offers.

What really sets Appstle apart is their support team. They are absolute superheroes. Every time we've had a question or needed help, they've responded incredibly fast and gone above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They're knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping their customers succeed.

If you're considering a loyalty program for your Shopify store, I highly recommend Appstle. Great app, great features, and an amazing support team that truly takes care of you.

So far, everything we've set up is working as it should, and the support team has been especially helpful and welcoming. The only issue I haven’t been able to resolve was bulk translation into Czech, but I don’t see that as a drawback, because it’s better for us to translate everything exactly as we need it. I also really appreciate the functional connectors to other applications; they’re a huge help in building a cohesive and functional system.

Appstle has strict bounce-rate requirements, so if you plan to use their built-in loyalty email automations, it’s worth being strategic about which automations you enable. Depending on your needs, you may need to connect to a third-party email provider they recommend.

For the price point, Appstle offers a lot of value. The loyalty program is straightforward to manage, the transition was smooth, and we’ve been very pleased with the results.

Appstle Loyalty is a really great application and very easy to use. I’m especially happy with the support I received from Derek, who was incredibly helpful, patient and went above and beyond to help me set everything up.
He even helped me with a special request to add loyalty points retroactively to my customers’ previous orders.
