This app is amazing! The developers have thought of everything and the killer feature for me was the built-in Build-A-Box functionality. Their team handled all the migration from my previous subscription app - completely free of charge - and all my endless queries, as well as helping to customize my widget and site settings and UX. The price is a fraction of the competition as there are no usage charges. And did I mention how awesome the entire customer support team are? They are available 24/7 and respond within minutes! This is my first reward program and I love it! It's perfect for my needs and easy to set up and run. I had one little problem, totally operator error, I missed a setting. Harris figured out what it was and even made a video (on my account screen) for me to help me fix it. Outstanding customer service, thank you!

This app is so easy to setup and use. There are lots of informative videos that walk you through the process and they have a team of support specialists that really worked with me to get all my customers from my previous loyalty app transferred to this app so they could keep all their points.

Any questions you have, they are right there answering them. Probably the smoothest transition I've ever had with any app. Thank you to support staff and the migration team for getting me on track!
