So far great experience. Had to reach out on a Friday night for help and Maryum was outstanding! She made sure all my questions were answered and was so polite and efficient. Thank you!

Their customer service team is available 24/7, so I can always reach out to them whenever I encounter problems. The most amazing part is that I requested to add a function for free shipping on orders over a specified amount, which wasn't initially included when I was learning how to use their app. However, they got back to me and informed me that they had added this function just after a weekend, when I returned to the office on Monday. I was thrilled to see how quickly they could act! I've tried other loyalty apps as well, and whenever I inquired about a function, they always said, 'We will address your inquiry to our development team.' Unfortunately, I never heard back from them. I truly appreciate how promptly they respond to my questions. This is a much better experience than any other app I've used before. I will definitely recommend this app to other store owners I know!

I needed assistance migrating from my old system to Appstle Loyalty and was greeted with very friendly and efficient customer service who updated me with every step and let me know when it was complete. This was super helpful and easy. The efficiency made the transition so easy and I would do it again in a heartbeat if I had to

Customer service is really the bomb! Always ready to help you with any problem. The app is still a bit immature but by contacting them they solve any problem in minutes! Really highly recommended!

I really appreciate how much this loyalty app has to offer. Plus the responsive help from their support! Jackson was fantastic helping me get the colors and customizations set just how I hoped. Very excited for my customers to begin enjoying their rewards.

It is a very good plug-in. When I encountered some problems during use, my official technical support Kehanvi friend was very patient to solve the problems for me and very easy to communicate with. Thank you very much indeed

It's "ok". Two problems we came across:
(1) We signed up for a trial based on Appstle website stating that it has Store Credit as a feature (see their pricing matrix). It doesn't.
(2) We wanted to automatically award points when a customer signs up for the loyalty program. Problem is, this doesn't happen when the user is already a customer. It ONLY awards points when the person is new entirely (not a customer). 99% of our loyalty program signups are AFTER the first sale takes place, so this feature doesn't work for us. Customer support regard this as "expected behavior". I don't. So we're going with another loyalty app.

This is Ria, the co-founder at Appstle. I apologize for the less-than-stellar experience with our Loyalty app. The 'user behavior' and 'points awarding' rule you have mentioned can be achieved, and our development team has already implemented it after receiving your feedback.
Regarding Store Credit, store credits are generally given as a refund or gift and can be done using Appstle Loyalty. If you have any specific use cases to achieve around store credits, I would love to hear it, and we will try to implement it if possible. Our CPO had also reached out to you separately regarding this.
