I have only just started the app on the free plan currently. So far absolutely love this app! I had 2 issues that I wasn't sure on how to fix (changing the design of my Loyalty page) and I was helped with a quick prompt by Muhammad, Who was more than happy to help and complete my requests within a quick time frame. With also showing me how to do this for future in case I wanted to change anything later on. I appreciate your help! I have contacted the software engineers multiple times for various issues, and they have always been very helpful. They go above and beyond to assist me. What I appreciate is that they don't simply push me to learn everything on my own. Instead, they address my concerns directly and then provide a video tutorial showing me how to resolve similar issues in the future.
