So far so good. For a newly released app, these folks seems to have thought everything through. And when there is an issue, their customer service and response time is outstanding. I love working with these folks

So far this app is great! It was easy to set up and the support via live chat is SOO responsive and helpful! Couldn't ask for more.

Relatively easy to set up. Allows you to set up a multitude of reward and redeem scenarios. Had one issue since signing up, but tech support was straight on it.

I am impressed! I used another App for rewards for some time. After they changed their policies causing a huge price hike I needed a new app. After quite a bit of time looking I found this one. Not only is it free, but its a better product that what the other guys wanted huge $$ for. Their customer service is on point with quick responses and helped me migrate a huge customer group. Then took a Saturday phone call with me to hear some concerns I had and made changes right away to help fit my needs. I am already thrilled and I still have additional features I need to take advantage of. Great product, I highly recommend this

Franchement c'est la meilleure application dans leur domaine, tout est en anglais c'est le hic, mais pour la gratuité les fonctionnalités sont nombreuses, le sav est ultra rapide et les possibilités de personnalisation sont top aussi !
Je recommande à 300% !!

Support is very helpful. They directly addressed all of the issues I brought up and directed me to resources where I could get any outside help needed as well.

This is my first reward program and I love it! It's perfect for my needs and easy to set up and run. I had one little problem, totally operator error, I missed a setting. Harris figured out what it was and even made a video (on my account screen) for me to help me fix it. Outstanding customer service, thank you!
