So far so good! I had a lot of help setting it up with the team and they are very responsive. I haven't used it yet, but I am switching over from Smile.io, because it is a lot more affordable and it integrates with Judge.me.

This app is so easy to setup and use. There are lots of informative videos that walk you through the process and they have a team of support specialists that really worked with me to get all my customers from my previous loyalty app transferred to this app so they could keep all their points.

Any questions you have, they are right there answering them. Probably the smoothest transition I've ever had with any app. Thank you to support staff and the migration team for getting me on track!

i have found the customer service to be top notch. this helps a lot as a beginner as there is much information to cover. the app itself offers a lot of value for my business and my customers

We've been through the ringer with a couple of the well known entities in the loyalty space. After being tired of constantly feeling like we were getting gauged on price and then being provided with lackluster support, we gave Appstle a try and WOW! I am so glad we did. So far, the price is more than fair and the support is unbelievable. We've needed a little help getting familiar with the app, setting up our program and moving existing points over form another platform. The team at Appstle has responded immediately to every request and gone above and beyond to help us even with the little things. Very happy customer here.

This app is amazing! The developers have thought of everything and the killer feature for me was the built-in Build-A-Box functionality. Their team handled all the migration from my previous subscription app - completely free of charge - and all my endless queries, as well as helping to customize my widget and site settings and UX. The price is a fraction of the competition as there are no usage charges. And did I mention how awesome the entire customer support team are? They are available 24/7 and respond within minutes! Don't waste your time, money or stress - if you're thinking about a subscription app, please do yourself a favour and try this one first.

UPDATE - April 11: My initial review was 5 stars as I was impressed with all the functionalities. Support had been a bit slow, but they had been able to help me with my initial questions. However as time went on, I realized there were a few serious problems that I needed help with. The first was that some customers could not see their points in their profile, even though we could see them on the back end. It was eventually resolved, but it took weeks. I initially brought it up on March 22, and kept being passed off to different people who would join the chat and ask me to reexplain the complicated scenario that was already detailed in all the previous chats. Frustrated, I asked to jump on a call with Hussain on April 1 and thankfully, the issue was resolved the next day. However during the call, I reminded him of another issue I had brought up on March 22 - one of the reasons I switched to Appstle is because they allow you to sync rewards program information to Klaviyo. The info is there for some customers, but it is missing for thousands of other customers. I discussed this with Hussain on the call, and he asked me to follow up with him via email and seemed to not want to discuss on the call. I have been following up ever since - via email, through the chat. Each time being told someone will help me in a few hours. Now I'm getting a message that support will be slower due to Eid celebrations, which I understand, but this should have been resolved long ago - it's now been almost 3 weeks.

So if you are looking for a rewards program and just want to stick to the more basic functionality, this may work for you. But if you were thinking of switching to benefit from some of the more advanced functions and integrations, all I can say is that it has not been smooth sailing for me.
I will update my review if anything changes.

I'm really impressed with all the functionalities in this app! I migrated over from Smile.io and was glad to see that many of the functionalities I would have had to pay quite a bit for there were included with Appstle Loyalty. I'm still tweaking and getting everything looking the way I want, but there is a lot of flexibility, and support has been great to help me with all my questions and even implement some new functionalities for me.

We use Appstle Subscriptions and have had an excellent experience. When looking to migrate to a new rewards program from Smile, we found Appstle Loyalty and Rewards. Knowing that we'd receive the same level of superb customer support, it was a no brainer to us which program to choose. They quickly respond to our questions and go above and beyond to find solutions to any issues that arise. The migration process was so simple and required little to no effort on my part. Easiest 5 stars I've ever given!
