Kate's help this evening was incredible, I've never used an app with such amazing customer service, nothing is too much for them and they always know exactly what you're trying to say, even when I can't quite articulate it properly :)

installed very easily, easily set up, had to contact help team to import data from another app, customer team member Kate was quick with replies and imported all for me, she even customised the app to go with my current theme extra bonus, 10 out 10 for Kate. Highly Recommend :)

I have only just installed the app and contact the support team. They have been very responsive and helpful. I would rather submit a full review when I have installed the app and am up and running.

Kate responded very quickly and professionally, and compared to other loyalty apps in this price range, this feature is more powerful

So far, I've had a great experience with this app. I haven't even paid for it or fully implemented it yet, but they've filled several feature requests that I needed before I felt comfortable hitting the GO button with regular progress updates. I've been using Joy Loyalty rewards for almost a year prior, and they NEVER implemented a single request I made. I'll be migrating over this week, can't wait!

Incredible improvement to customer satisfaction in my company. The support team is also incredibly helpful and willing to help you do whatever needed to maximize your success with their apps! I would recommend them to anyone! You won't regret it!

Nous venons de commencer avec cette application, nous utilisons appstle subscription depuis plusieurs mois avec succès. Les premiers pas avec Loyalty sont simples, nous espérons que cela aidera grandement à la croissance. Comme d'habitude avec Appstle, le support est au top avec une réactivité excellente et des réponses qui résolvent tous les problèmes que nous pouvons rencontrer. Merci !
