Appstle Loyalty Program Reward

Great app! It has amazing features that are well thought out for problems that may arise with loyalty points/credits. What's even better is the great support - I reached out 3 times on different occasions and the response was not only quick but also straight to the point to help solve the problem I was facing. Overall positive experience so far!

This is a great app at a great price! I tried out two other loyalty apps before I found and decided to keep Appstle. There are a lot of customization options and it integrates easily with other subscription apps (however, I also plan to switch to Appstle for subscriptions & bundles, too). Plus, the customer support is excellent! Yatz has helped me out twice so far - once when I was first installing the app and had some questions, and recently with an email notification issue (user error - lol). Kevin helped me figure out a DNS issue when I was verifying my email domain, and Scott took care of my customer migration for me (thank heavens!). Everyone has been so friendly and helpful...and patient! Because sometimes I don't quite know how to describe an issue, so they ask questions until they get to the root of it ;) I also like that they have an annual payment option - if I know I'm keeping an app, I like to pay annually (less record-keeping!). Keep up the great work Appstle team!

I just switched over to Appstle's loyaly app and am loving it. The support provided by Appstle is top-notch. Adrian walked me through all of the options available, then updated my site for me. I really appreciate them and their team! I also use their subscription service and am very pleased with it.

Generally pretty good. It was easy to set up but it's not always easy figuring out problems on your own. BUT that's made up for with support. Support is always quick to respond and quick to resolve. I can rely on them!

It is great to be able to try the apps for free before committing to a paid plan. It has given me confidence that it is the right choice for my online store. I found it easy to install and customise. Customer service is also very good. So far I think it is an excellent fit for my needs and have no hesitation recommending it.

Great app at a very competitive price. What really stands out, though, is the amazing support team. They genuinely take the time to answer every question and carefully look into every request. Whenever something is possible, they either implement it directly or involve the development team to make improvements and ensure the app meets your needs.

Yatz was extremely helpful from the start, even adjusting the position of the floating widget with custom CSS to make it fit perfectly with my store. Maya, Derek, and Taylor have since helped me further optimize my loyalty program and add several much-needed features.

I'm especially impressed by how seriously they take feedback. Even bugs or more technical requests are passed on to the developers and usually resolved within just a few days.

I'm very happy with Appstle Loyalty and the level of support I've received. I would definitely recommend this app to any Shopify store owner looking for a flexible and affordable loyalty solution with an outstanding support team.

Its gotten noticeably better over the last year. Valuable tool and not as expensive as others. Integration is fairly intuitive. Support is good. Would recommend!

This app is great but the customer service is even better. Derek helped me today during my mini breakdown crisis. I didn't realize I had set my earnings to credit and not points. He was able to remove all the credits and restore each account to their accurate points based on past orders. I am so pleased. Thank you so much!

Great app with everything you need to build a strong loyalty program. Appstle Loyalty is easy to set up, flexible, and offers useful features like points, rewards, VIP tiers, and customer segmentation. The interface is clear, and the support team is very helpful and responsive. A great solution for Shopify stores that want to increase customer retention and reward loyal customers. Really impressed with both the functionality and support thus far. It's an extremely competitively priced loyalty scheme and the response from the team whenever I've reached out for support, as we ready for go-live, has been within a matter of minutes and very comprehensive.
