We have been reaching out to their support throughout the entire integration process and they have been great! Their devs even got a few product enhancements live during this time. They have been able to solve every one of our requests!

Updating to 3-stars for a prompt attention from Appstle Customer Service and changes made to the app based on issues we identified. We are standing by for additional changes as discussed (e.g. activity/audit log) that will make this app ready for primetime, at which point we will reconsidering implementing this app for our store.

Do not trust this company - i initially signed up for the trial, changed back to the free version over a week before the trial ended, but it still shows up as an ongoing subscription in my shopify billing. They confirmed I was on the free version and will not be charged after i queried this, but i am being charged. now they are saying I need to downgrade to the free version but my app already shows that the free plan is activated. Terrible support, obviously they have bad technical frameworks, wouldn't trust them.

This is Ria, the co-founder of Appstle. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. As explained by the Merchant Success Senior Manager in the chats I went through, the app billings are done by Shopify, and your switch to free plan might not have reflected in their system, on time.

I worked with Kate and she was super quick to make the changes I needed in less than a minute! I have worked with a lot of the members of the team over time and they are all incredible at what they do and provide absolute customer satisfaction! I highly recommend the support team and this app to all! It's worth every penny to have the 24/7 support when you need it!

I cannot rate the app fully as it’s not live yet, but I can say that the Appstle team has been very helpful with answering questions and assisting in set-up.
