Appstle has been a game change for us both instore and online in retaining and customer re-purchases. The system has been relatively easy to navigate and setup. The customer services from our experience has been top tier, some of the best I a have seen. We have great deal of experience with different systems, services, etc and can clearly say their system along with the amazing customer service has allowed us to flourish with this system!

I was customizing the app to my website at 3 am East Coast time USA. I had a “how to” question and within a minute I had a team member reply and assist me. He explained and helped me navigate through. This loyalty app helps me retain a customer base because they love earning and redeeming their points. You have to have a rewards program these days to compete. Definitely check it out!

This is a crucial app for us, as we value and rely on customer loyalty. Their support team is very responsive and helpful, and the app has a lot of the features that we need to make our loyalty program a key decisive factor for our customers.

One key feature that would really help would be the option to create price rules for various collections based on VIP tier. Hopefully, this is something that will be available in the future.
