Appstle℠ Loyalty & Rewards

We just started using the app and so far it has way more options and settings than we could ask for. I have needed help setting it up and they are always quick to respond and very helpful. I am excited to really get this going and see how it does.

This app was not completely intuitive or easy to set up at first, but the customer support was great and we are hoping for smooth sailing from here on out.

I have contacted the software engineers multiple times for various issues, and they have always been very helpful. They go above and beyond to assist me. What I appreciate is that they don't simply push me to learn everything on my own. Instead, they address my concerns directly and then provide a video tutorial showing me how to resolve similar issues in the future. This team engages with their customers professionally and genuinely cares about helping to resolve any issues.I highly recommend it.

I have only just started the app on the free plan currently. So far absolutely love this app! I had 2 issues that I wasn't sure on how to fix (changing the design of my Loyalty page) and I was helped with a quick prompt by Muhammad, Who was more than happy to help and complete my requests within a quick time frame. With also showing me how to do this for future in case I wanted to change anything later on. I appreciate your help! Its amazing to find a app that has such great customer care and quick replies. 100% recommend this app so far!

This app is great. I've only just started using it on my site however I have used other Appstle apps for the last few years and I've never really had any issues with them.

For that reason I feel confident that this app will be another wonderful addition to our site.

In the rare occasion that I do encounter a problem the customer service team is TOP NOTCH. If you ever have a simple question or need help navigating the app their team is more helpful then you can imagine. This is one of the rewards apps I've found within Shopify that has the most settings options. The team is very responsive to help with any questions or concerns.
