It's a great app, and the support is really amazing!

Very friendly support team

So far so good! I had a lot of help setting it up with the team and they are very responsive. I haven't used it yet, but I am switching over from Smile.io, because it is a lot more affordable and it integrates with Judge.me.

Switched from another app because of additional features and more reasonable pricing. I did have to call upon support to help me set it up correctly and make some branding improvements using custom CSS. Support has been amazing, understanding and extremely professional. I do recommend this app. I would suggest making changes to the app to make it more user-friendly.

I cannot rate the app fully as it’s not live yet, but I can say that the Appstle team has been very helpful with answering questions and assisting in set-up.

Only been using a day or 2, looked daunting at first, but fully set up in a couple of hours.

I had a couple of queries, reached Nancy on the live chat in a couple of minutes, and she answered my questions and provided customisations to the widget for me in less that 30 minutes.

Would recommend. Had some difficulties getting certain things to work, but dev helped us figure out what we were doing wrong. App seems to do exactly what it's supposed to. Very appreciative of the quick response to our needs.

Excellent service and support. I have yet to find a more capable and response Support team. I love the product. It's easy to use and a great price point. By far, the best loyalty product available.
