Appstle Loyalty Reward Program

So initially I thought this was a basic points app. Once the customer service team helped me with some set up I realized it was way more powerful and had many features I was unaware of.

I love this app! I wanted to give my customers a way to earn while they shop and appstle is the right one. Easy to set up and running on my store. Able to include my brand colors and make it look more professional. One Sunday, late in the day, I reached out because I was having an issue repositioning the icon. Hit the chat, didn't think anyone would be available but Harper jumped right on and assisted me. He was kind, patient, and friendly. He walked me through and I was able to reposition with no problem. Thanks Harper.

Very very good experience with Appstle so far. They have been on hand whilst I migrated over from another platform. Set up has been fluid and intuitive so far :)! Their team are great help too and look into any question you ask them. It's also great from a cost perspective. Can't fault them!

I tried multiple other loyalty apps before deciding on Appstle, and I’m so happy with my decision! As an indie artisan, I didn’t want a cookie-cutter program, and with Appstle I was able to create a very customized experience that is unique to my brand and resonates with my customers. (Though I appreciate that if you *do* want a plug-and-play program, you can do that and be up and running fairly quickly).

The tech support has been beyond fantastic, without a doubt the most responsive and helpful I’ve ever encountered in my years on Shopify. Highly recommend this app for the price point, the stellar support and the deep customization options. Thank you, Appstle team!

I have worked with Appstle and many other merchants related to our Shopify platform for multiple years now. I have always had solid and consistent support from Appstle and they are really one of my favorite teams to work with. Max does a phenomenal job of responding and explaining how to resolve issues and then goes above and beyond to help you. I can't recommend Appstle enough. Been using the app with shopify for a little over a month and it was super easy to set up and get going. they have videos on how to do just about everything, and if you run into a road block you can just message them for some help. they are very good at solving problems.

Drew was so helpful and basically set up much of the program for me! The interface was a bit intimidating and I couldn't set up a lot of it myself but the support is amazing and I am almost ready to launch my rewards program!

We're already using Appstle Subscriptions, so we decided to use the Appstle Loyalty Reward Program app as well. Engineer Yatz was truly a pleasure working with today. The free plan is where we're starting and so far it's been a great tool for us to build customer loyalty rewards. We contacted support via the chat feature and Adrian was extremely helpful and fast-paced to resolve my user-error that I made. Additionally, he offered other related solutions for making our loyalty program even better. As a small business owner, it's hard to wear every hat, so it's nice to have someone else suggest ideas.

In the process of setting up the Appstle rewards app. We have been using another rewards platform that is significantly more expensive with far less features at lower plan levels. Looking forward to getting this fully implemented. Tech support chat was helpful and quick when I had questions about set up.
